Overview
The sequel to "Babel II" set a few years after Yomi's defeat. This time Babel's enemies are the US military and the CIA, who are interested in using Babel's power for their own nefarious purposes after Babel had given them a sample of his own blood to use for charitable purposes. Not only will Babel be forced to fight against adversaries endowed with his own powers, but he will also not be able to count on the help of his trusted companions, imprisoned in a place where not even his brainwaves can reach them. A true ending to Babel II, completely ignoring Part 4 of the original manga. Note: Includes one-shot "Point 4".

アメリカの研究施設にコードネーム「101」として収容されていたバビル2世・山野浩一は、自分の血が死にかけている病人に活力を与えていると教えられ、研究に協力していた。しかし自分の提供していた血液が、実はCIAの超能力工作員を作り出すことに使われていたことを知り、逃走。自分の血によって生まれた超能力工作員を次々と殺していく。
