Yuki Okada, at the age of 33, has a perfectly fulfilling life: happily married, mother of a little girl, and practicing the job she loves as a manga artist. But when she consults her doctor for a simple delay of her period, she does not expect the terrible news that awaits her: despite her young age, she has developed cancer of the cervix. She doesn't know how to react to the ordeal that life has imposed on her... However, she quickly realizes that she will have to make some hard choices.
