Guided by the mysterious words "diagonal music," this manga depicts the growth of young girls who participate in aircraft races, with precise lines and spatial representation, an enchanting dialog, and a novel screen structure. While dealing with the sport of aircraft racing, which is comparatively little-known in Japan, this manga meticulously depicts the situations relating to this sport and the in mixture of thoughts between the characters. It is a novel work in which a cinematic style of manga expression shines through, with the story unfolding in only four frames per page and the outer frames painted out in black.
