Natori Chinami and Kamoi Tooru are classmates commuting to the same college. They've been dating for 3 years. Preparing to enter the workforce, Kamoi and Chinami have begun working at a market research company, but Kamoi disapproves of how Chinami is constantly talking about section manager Kaieda. Declaring he wants to become an adult as quickly as possible, Kamoi distances himself from Chinami and dedicates himself to his role as a company advisor.
