Ranko wishes of being fashionable, but her father and childhood friend Yukichi don't understand her dream. Escaping from her small town, she runs away to Tokyo to live with her sister, a stylist. Upon her arrival, Ranko makes an embarrassing discovery -- her fashion sense is out of date! With the help of the boy band w-inds., she begins living her desire to be fashionable.
