Kazui Okumori is the third generation descendant of an assassin who was created during the WWII by Nazis German. His grandfather was engineered to psychically toy with people's minds and ultimately kill them. He also inherited the power but he is now living peacefully in modern Japan, with a job as a clinical doctor.
