Abe Tokiharu, whose ancestor was the great onmyoji Abe no Seimei, is a half-baked onmyoji. However, with the appearance of Seimei, Tokiharu awakens to his hidden powers, and this is a Heian period horror picture scroll tale that depicts his growth.
