Shindou Shuuichi, a serious and dependable man who appears outgoing and positive, is secretly quite fragile and lonely. After being dumped by his girlfriend for seeking affection, Shindou struggles with stress and insomnia due to work. One night, he stumbles upon a stream titled “Good Night Stream," hosted by a soothing streamer named K. The kind words and comforting voice of K help Shindou relax and fall asleep, and soon, he becomes addicted to K’s streams, finding comfort in the pampering he craves. One day, Shindou meets Haruna Kei, a college student who lives in the same apartment building. To his surprise, Haruna’s voice sounds strikingly similar to K’s, and when H\K shares a story Shindou had with Shindou mentioned on stream, everything falls into place. Realizing Haruna might be K, Shindou resolves not to interfere with K's streaming identity or reveal himself as a listener.
