東京の極道「世剣組」の金剛組長の一人息子世剣ヒバルは金剛の死に際次期組長に指名されるが組の変化を考えて第12養子世剣テラスを次期組長に指名。その直後日本に降り注いだ流星群によって謎の力「アストロ」が多くの人々に目覚めて世剣組を巻き込んだ抗争が始まる。
