The story revolves around a group of four friends and the problems caused by an illness that makes you see the "heart" that represents your partner's love. The subsequent vomiting, fatigue, and anxiety are only relieved by consuming part of your loved one's heart. But eating the heart of your dearest person also decreases their love, so the divorce rate of the sick goes through the roof. What lies ahead for the relationships of our four protagonists?
