Keigo is blind in his right eye and Takafumi and Keisuke take advantage of it by doing things like mutual masturbation in the movie theatre to Keigo's right side. When Keisuke has an accident, Keigo goes to see Takafumi in New York where he's working to tell him Keisuke is dead and lives on in Keigo's new right cornea.
