Yokoya, a serious new teacher, and Seo, the laid-back school doctor, are bitter rivals. Yokoya can't stand Seo's inappropriate work attitude and how, despite it, Seo remains popular with the students. "I care about the students way more than he ever does!" Yokoya often tells himself.
