VS 早乙女芽亜里 創立122年を迎える名門校、私立百花王学園は、上流階級・政財界の子女が数多く通う名門校。そこは、圧倒的なギャンブルの腕を持つという生徒会長・桃喰綺羅莉のもと、生徒同士のギャンブルによる階級制度によって支配されていた。そこに、蛇喰夢子という少女が転校してくる。蛇喰夢子はおっとりした才媛に見えるが、実は生粋のギャンブル狂・賭ケグルイであった。 転校早々、2年華組を仕切っている級友・早乙女芽亜里に挑まれた夢子は、「投票ジャンケン」で敗北し、120万円の借金を背負わせられたが、その後、芽亜里のイカサマを見抜いて逆転勝利し、彼女に880万円の借金を背負わせた。「ポチ」の呼称で「家畜」扱いされている級友・鈴井涼太から芽亜里のイカサマに加担していたことを謝罪された夢子は、涼太に500万円を渡して「家畜」から脱却させる。 VS 皇伊月 翌日、実家が大手トイメーカーの1年生・皇伊月に挑まれた夢子は、「ダブル神経衰弱」で2,000万円の負けを喫してしまう。再戦を申し込む夢子に伊月は生爪を賭けるように告げ、2戦目が始まる。しかし、すでに夢子は伊月のイカサマを見抜いており、圧勝する。カードに仕込まれたイカサマは実家の信用を失墜しかねない旨を挙げ、生爪を賭けての3戦目を強要する夢子に、伊月は泣きながら敗北を認める。 VS 西洞院百合子 1週間後、夢子は伝統文化研究会の見学に出向く。丁度その時、「家畜」となった芽亜里が生徒会役員兼伝統文化研究会会長である西洞院百合子と「公式戦」を行っていた。しかし芽亜里は最終的に4,960万円の大敗を喫する。その後百合子は夢子にオリジナルギャンブル「生か死か」での勝負を申し込み、夢子は快く承諾する。 夢子は百合子のイカサマに気づいた上で、百合子を追い詰める。しかしその時、生徒会長である綺羅莉たちが試合に介入する。夢子は綺羅莉が事前に仕込んでいたイカサマに嵌り、敗北する、そして、3億1,000万円という巨額の借金を背負い、夢子は「家畜」となる。 債務整理大集会（2巻） 夢子と芽亜里は借金返済のため、生徒会主催の債務整理大集会に満を持して参加。生徒会による組合せの結果、2人は2年椿組の木渡潤・蕾奈々美と共に、ギャンブル「2枚インディアンポーカー」で対決することとなる。
