Overview
A lonely and bleak-spirited police officer named Taki Kazuya works in America, though the fires that once drove him seem to have burnt out. A supernatural attack on children - his friends - revives the fire that once burned brightly within! Together with the help of Kamen Rider 1, Hongo Takeshi, he drives off the threat. However, he learns that there is a greater threat looming on the horizon and sets out to find Kamen Rider 2, Ichimonji Hayato. Kamen Rider Spirits is the continuation of the classic Kamen Rider story - a shounen action adventure that tells the tale of upstanding heroes and their fight against evil!

第1部『仮面ライダーSPIRITS』（第1巻 - 第3巻） ジンドグマ壊滅から数年後、世界各地で正体不明の怪人に遭遇する9人の仮面ライダーたちを1〜3話ごとに描く。終盤で新たな敵組織「BADAN（バダン）」の存在が明らかになる。 第2部『仮面ライダーZX Forget Memories』（第4巻 - 第8巻） BADANによる侵攻が本格化したころ、記憶喪失の男・村雨良 / ZXがBADANから脱走した。追っ手と戦う中で村雨は失われた記憶を取り戻し、復讐のためではなく人々を守るために戦う戦士・仮面ライダーZXとして生きることを決意する。 第3部『仮面ライダーZX DRAGON ROAD』（第9巻 - 第16巻、『新』1巻 - 42巻） ショッカーを始めとする歴代組織を復活させ、日本に総攻撃を開始したBADAN。ZXは9人の仮面ライダーやライダーたちを支援する目的で設立された戦闘部隊SPIRITSと共に、歴代組織や全ての元凶たる大首領JUDOと戦う。 『月刊少年マガジン』に移籍した後連載を始めた『新』では、改造人間として生きる1号の苦悩と2号誕生を描いた番外編を挟んだ後、途中だった第3部が再開される。
