Overview
Matsumoto Serika has just moved to the big city and is looking for an apartment. She doesn’t know much about this place, but it’s spring so what could possibly be wrong? She meets a woman in a kimono outside a very large house named Sakuragawa Suzune and they hit it off. Later that same day Serika is bemoaning that she hasn’t found a place to live when she runs into Suzune again, and Suzune suggests that Serika stay at her home. Serika accepts. Only one problem that she’s about to discover, that Suzune is one of three MEN living in the house… Note: Won the 31st Shogakukan Manga Award in the shoujo manga category.

大学生活を送るために上京した芹香は、部屋探しをしている時に和服姿の美しい女性・涼音と知り合う。涼音から洋館・ミルクハウスで下宿生活を勧められ2つ返事で上がり込むが、そこは涼音とその従弟の藤が住む家で、実は涼音は女装した男だった。別の部屋探しを考えていた芹香だが、街で知り合った女性・水城の入居をきっかけにミルクハウスでの下宿生活を決める。その後、吉川教授とその息子・勇も加わり、ミルクハウスでの賑やかな下宿生活が始まる。
