チビでお調子者の青林高校の1年生、坂本勝平は女の子と純白パンティーが大好きな天才問題児。ある日、生活指導の岡崎先生に追われ、バスケット部に紛れ込んだ彼は、その類稀なる運動神経を立花キャプテンに買われ、入部を勧められる。女の子（の純白パンティ）にしか興味のない彼は断るが、そこへ現れた美人の夏コーチのスカートをめくり、純白だったという理由だけでバスケ部に入部希望する。だが、勝平はバスケのルールすら知らないド素人だった。
