Overview
Otaka Kakuto, a high school boy with a congenital heart condition, moves to Hokkaido to recuperate with his twin sister Katsumi. Kokuto has become friendly with his classmates, but one incident with a monster in the woods triggers a major change in his mind and body. In order to protect his beloved sister (Kokuto), he transcends all restrictions. Here comes the devil in human skin, the masked man!

生まれつき心臓に持病を抱える男子高校生・大高克人（コクト）は、双子の姉・克己（カツミ）とともに療養のため北海道へ移住する。転校先の学校にも馴染み始めたある日、地震をきっかけに周囲の環境が一変し、不気味な怪物が現れるようになる。 怪物に襲われた際、カツミを守るために無我夢中で怪物を打ち倒したコクトだが、その直後、自身の身体が倒した怪物と同じ姿に変貌してしまう。「殺した相手の姿に変わってしまう（取り込んでしまう）」という異常なルールの下、コクトは愛する姉を守るため、自ら異形の姿となり過酷なサバイバルに身を投じていく。
