日本の多くの学生たちが人生の進路を決める大学入学共通テスト。真面目で優秀な大野千恵は、東京大学への進学を目指している受験生。翌年のテストが迫った12月終盤、千恵のおバカな友人である夢村叶は、千恵の「お金より叶が大事だけど、大事な友達を幸せにするにもお金が必要」という言葉に惹かれ、大晦日に全財産を注ぎ込んで「歳末ジャンボ宝くじ」100枚を千恵にプレゼントする。その場で当選確認をしたところ、購入したぶんの3枚が奇跡の一等前後賞同時当選を果たしていることが判明し、7億円もの莫大な当選金を得る。しかし、まさか当選するとは思っていなかった千恵は激しく動揺し、不安による睡眠不足を抱えたまま試験当日を迎えた結果、居眠りで実力を発揮することなく落第する。大学絶望しながら今後の当てなく高校卒業を迎える千恵であったが、テスト日自体を忘れたうえに、無計画に賞金を浪費しながらも人生を前向きに楽しむ叶の姿を見て悩みを吹っ切り、残った懸賞金を元手に、さらなる金儲けをして最高に楽しい人生を送ろうと一念発起する。そんな二人の周りには、闇金融業者に身売りされかけていた少女の宮守芽衣、不祥事で事務所を追われ独力での芸能界復帰を目指している地下アイドルの石上きらら、賞金をもつ千恵たちのペットことヒモ（ニート）になろうとする美女の末永ニトといった個性豊かな女子たちが集まり、彼女たちの事情や悩みを受け止めながらの刺激的な日常が始まる。
