Overview

Makino can't shake the feeling that his junior coworker, Arikawa, doesn't really like him. Whenever their eyes meet, Arikawa quickly looks away, and when Makino tries to talk to him, all he gets back are stiff replies. Feeling down about this, Makino unexpectedly gets a chance to turn things around when he ends up taking care of Arikawa’s pet parrot, Lip! Makino thinks this is the perfect opportunity to finally get closer to Arikawa, but then Lip suddenly blurts out, "Makino-san, I like you—you're cute"...?
