Overview

Arato Arakura is a high school student who lives a low-key life, wary of danger. He has the ability to create a thin wall that only he can see, a barrier. One day, a mysterious woman who calls herself Konomi Kirara appears before Arato. She tells him that she and Arato are "EMO users," people whose strong emotions can be transformed into supernatural powers.
