東京大学に合格した男子学生・粕壁隼は、喧嘩別れした祖母の訃報を聞き、3年ぶりに帰郷する。 祖母が経営していた喫茶店「Familia」に足を踏み入れると、そこには強気な性格をしている服飾系の専門学校生 幕澤桜花、空手の使い手でギャグ好きの高校生 鶴河秋水、元子役タレントの女子大生 月島流星、料理人を目指している女子大生 小野白菊、バンド活動をしているフリーター 鳳凰寺紅葉という5人の美少女たちがいた。彼女たちは「Familia」に住み込みで働いている従業員であり、先代マスターである亡き祖母を慕って働いていた。 隼は「Familia」を畳んで月極駐車場にしようとするが、祖母の想いや桜花たちとの絆を知り、1年間で結果が出なければ駐車場にするという条件で「Familia」を再建することを決める。
