Overview

When he entered high school, "Youthful Exuberance" was added to the subject list. It is a world where how you live your youth has become a criteria for higher education and for getting a job. Issei Hanayama just wants to live a "normal" life, while Kazutoshi Suzuki, his childhood friend, wants to be a model "youth." On their first day of school, they get into a fight and end their friendship. Some are at the mercy of the evaluation system, some surrender to it, and some challenge it....
